Testimonials
I highly recommend this training for anyone who wishes to hold space in a mindful and supportive way. This course shed light on some of the challenges students may be experiencing and now I feel confident my classes are far more inclusive and supportive. Beata's delivery of this content was incredible. She managed to deliver heavy content in a light and honest way.
Beata is super authentic and speaks with conviction - fully invested in what she's delivering.
Beata led a wonderful 25hr Trauma-Informed YTT Certificate Course at Australian Yoga Academy. So grateful to be part of it. I could see everyone benefited a lot from it. She somehow managed to make it light, loving and enjoyable even with the dense content. We were able to smile and laugh in this course, and that’s all I could have hoped for. I strongly recommend to anyone who wants to comprehend the trauma world, whether they are a yoga teacher or not. It just helps to understand everyone no matter where they come from. I found I was way more compassionate after the course.
Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Training with Beata was phenomenal. Full of active engagement, interaction with each other, sharing personal experiences, where you can develop not only rich theory, but also practical tools and general skills. Love it all the way. Thank you for having me as your student, unique Beata.
Beata’s Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Training provided a clear set of understandings and tools that can be flexibly applied in any yoga setting. I teach yoga to kids and have found that a sprinkling of trauma informed movement and breath strategies, as well as the trauma informed language have heightened the self efficacy and self gratitude my students have expressed.
