Pranayama Teaching
The way we breathe is the way we feel. When the breath is steady, so is the mind, nervous system and entire physiology. The beautiful thing about the breath is its accessibility; it is available to us anytime, in any place. All we need to do is give it our attention.
Beata teaches Pranayama with a deep respect and love of this practice as it has supported her own personal healing journey and re-connected her with her true harmonious nature. The subtle and powerful aspects of yoga practice - Pranayama and Sound are what truly make Beata’s heart sing. Having experienced huge positive shifts in her own life since taking up a regular Pranayama practice, Beata realises that there is deep healing in breath awareness. Pranayama has allowed her to ‘hack’ her previously wired nervous system to shift into and sustain a parasympathetic, calm state. Beata teaches her students to utilise Pranayama practice as healing medicine that she tailors to individual needs, working with Pranayama as a tool to balance out the nervous system and clear blocks in the body’s channels to support clarity and unity.
