Yoga Teaching
Beata is a yoga teacher and lecturer of Trauma-Informed, Adolescent and Kids Yoga for Australian Yoga Academy’s 350 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. She runs a health and wellbeing organisation called Breath Circle, teaching mindful breathing in schools. Breath Circle empowers students and teachers to use breath awareness as a tool for self-regulation and mental health.
Beata teaches youth mindfulness programs, regular slow flow, yin, pranayama and meditation classes and is a deep lover of sound. She brings a curiosity and open heart to her exploration of yoga, combining asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, mantra and chanting. Having an optimistic nature and devotion to life long learning means she is constantly exploring and engaging with yoga in daily life. Drawing on diverse teachings from Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Ayurveda, Vedic Mantra and Chanting. Sound is a big part of her practice and she loves exploring new ways to combine sound and movement.
Breath Circle is a local organisation teaching Trauma-Informed programs in schools, using breathwork to empower young people in their day-to-day life and foster positive mental health. These programs provide tools for young people to self-regulate their emotions, lessen anxiety and stress, develop greater self-awareness and build up resilience.
This facilitator training is for yoga teachers, breathworkers, youth workers, social workers, and mental health practitioners who are interested in growing their toolkit to support those they already work with, it is also for those interested in delivering Breath Circle Programs in schools.
