‘I really looked forward to Beata’s restorative yoga class. She puts you at ease straight away, offers variations to cater for all abilities/levels and is both gentle and skilled in the way she offers adjustments. I loved the chanting, the music– so many grounding and beautiful melodies, in fact I now have the playlist and it continues to give me instant inspiration and calm. What stood out for me is the way Beata described the breath work, the analogies she uses to explain it all are really helpful (& can sometimes ripple out into a giggle! Beata’s classes had a profound effect on me. Being held in such a safe space really allowed me to tap into a part of my healing I had never experienced before. Trauma really is stored in the body and Beata has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to where we hold it. There were tears, laughter and many peaceful moments. Her ability to incorporate sound makes the experience even more beautiful. I used muscles that I had forgotten existed and left feeling uplifted physically and emotionally every week.

‘I’d like to write about one of the most amazing yoga class and experience in general by joining Beata’s Yin and Sound session. Beata radiates positivity and calm so I am always in a better mood for seeing her. During the session Beata extended an invitation for us to join in on the hums and react to the sound in any way we wanted. It felt like a union of voices, a union of minds and bodies, in other words, yoga.

‘I took Beata's, 6-week Yoga for Stress, Anxiety and Fatigue course during the 2020 Pandemic and the 6-month+ lockdown in Melbourne Australia and it helped me so much. I learnt breathing tools, physical movements, meditations and mantra, that I have used during my days at home. I absolutely loved the breathing techniques and mantras and would practice them or verbalise them anytime to myself to self-soothe. It works! This really made a difference to my moods.
