She puts you at ease straight away, offers variations to cater for all abilities/levels and is both gentle & skilled in the way she offers adjustments. I loved the chanting, the music– so many grounding & beautiful melodies, in fact I now have the playlist & it continues to give me instant inspiration & calm. What stood out for me is the way Beata described the breath work, the analogies she uses to explain it all are really helpful (& can sometimes ripple out into a giggle! Another thing I learnt in her class, to not take myself too seriously which can be hard in most yoga classes!) She is very generous in sharing her knowledge & after doing the 6 week intensive program, I feel more informed and in tune with my own practise. Thank you Beata! ‘I took Beata's, 6-week Yoga for Stress, Anxiety and Fatigue course during the 2020 Pandemic and the 6-month+ lockdown in Melbourne Australia and it helped me so much.
